Hold Release

Before the tray leaves

Ask for cancellation or address change through Pulse & trace before the order is handed to the courier. Prepaid amounts return within 5–7 business days once the hold is released.

After handoff

Once a seed order leaves the kiln, cancellation is closed. Use Cooling Returns if delivery itself is the problem.

Partial holds

We cannot pluck single tiles from a confirmed tray. Release the whole order before dispatch and place a new firing with the revised mix.
