Terms of Service

Operating plates for how Zenvora Traders lists sowing seeds, holds member data, and moves packets after dark — written as kiln statutes, not atelier agreements or observatory charts.

Firing Terms

Plate A — Who tends the kiln

These Firing Terms govern every visit to Zenvora Traders and every purchase of HSN 1209 sowing seeds (vegetable, flower, herb, spice, forage, and fruit-seed packets). Using the site, opening a member kiln, or completing settlement means you accept this plate.

SAMIR SHAH SALIM SHAH operates the storefront under the trade name Zenvora Traders from Floor No. 4/2752, Building No./Flat No. Tehmina Palace, Road/Street Vamia Sheri, Locality/Sub Locality Begampura, City/Town/Village Surat, District Surat, State Gujarat, PIN Code 395003.

Plate B — What leaves the kiln

We list sowing-grade seed packets. Photography shows typical labelling and seed appearance; germination, colour, and harvest windows vary by season, climate, and lot. Prices appear in Indian Rupees (₹) for the pack size on each tile. Off-peak varieties may pause. Packet weights and seed counts follow ordinary market tolerances for sowing stock.

Plate C — Who may settle

Checkout requires an email-verified member kiln. Buyers must be eighteen or older, or a parent or guardian must complete the transaction.

Plate D — How settlement fires

  • An order is confirmed when prepaid payment posts or Cash on Delivery is accepted on screen.
  • Accepted rails include UPI, cards, net banking, and COD where the courier can serve the pin code.
  • Any COD handling fee is shown before you confirm.

Plate E — Living stock

Sowing seeds are living material, not grocery produce. Germination depends on storage, method, and weather. We ship in moisture-barrier pouches and do not promise identical outcomes for every garden.

Plate F — Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over Mumbai shall hear disputes relating to this kiln.
