What we inscribe

Zenvora Traders keeps a night ledger — not a marketing dossier — so we can run accounts, packets, and support after hours.

  • Kiln identity: name, email, and verification state when you register.
  • Settlement lines: delivery address, phone, items, and payment rail.
  • Signals: messages sent through the signal desk, pulse forms, or email.
  • Session marks: browser, device, and session identifiers needed to keep the storefront secure.

Why the ledger exists

We process this information to create and verify member kilns, fulfil seed orders, arrange courier handoff, answer signals, discourage fraud, and keep catalogue tiles accurate. We do not sell personal data to third-party marketers.

How long slips stay

Order and account slips remain as long as legal, accounting, and support duties require. Request kiln closure by writing to the signal desk.
