Cooling Returns
After the firing
Zenvora Traders selects packets for sowing-grade integrity, correct labels, and moisture-safe seals. If a firing misses that standard, we review under the cooling rules below — not a quality-assurance atelier script.
When cooling is available
- Wrong variety or pack size versus the confirmation slip.
- Shipment lost in transit or undelivered past the stated window.
- Pouches arrive torn, crushed, or clearly compromised — report within 24 hours with photographs.
When cooling is not available
- Germination after sowing when packets arrived intact and within labelled viability guidance.
- Change of mind on variety or sowing window.
- Failed delivery because no one was available to receive the carton.
Raise a cooling claim via the pulse page or the signal desk within 24 hours of delivery. Include order number, a short note, and photographs of packets and outer carton.
Approved claims may receive a replacement firing, store credit, or refund to the original rail within 7–10 business days.
